presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across diverse channels. By leveraging Canva for digital art design, video editing, and specialized article formatting, I produced high-quality assets that drove measurable growth. These efforts, combined with strategic content planning and SEO optimization, resulted in gaining over 300 Instagram followers and significantly boosting engagement on TikTok.
Portal
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Social Media Manager for Portal, I drove growth and brand presence by spearheading
comprehensive community outreach initiatives, which included organizing a 150-person launch event, conducting retailer visits, and managing on- and off-campus promotional booths. I devised targeted marketing strategies to expand a 2,500-copy circulation through subscriptions and profile features, while simultaneously overseeing brand consistency across print, web, and social media reveal campaigns. Additionally, I optimized the retail experience by reviewing Point of Sale (POS) systems and merchandise workflows to ensure a frictionless purchasing journey for ads, subscriptions, and products.
